GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION A. ARK-Animal Rescue Konsortium, Inc. was formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, the organization provides medical services for injured wildlife and medical and adoption services for abandoned pets including dogs, cats, birds, and exotics. B.
