Their adoption process
We are only able to adopt to families who reside in Indiana at this time. We have approved volunteers in this state only, who are able to support our adoption process and travel within 100 miles of Indianapolis.
A completed application is required to initiate the adoption process. Remember to complete the entire application; leaving blanks will only delay the process. If you rent, please include landlords name and phone number. Also, please include your vets phone number, not just their name. The application is free to submit!

Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Please include important reference phone numbers for quicker processing. Make sure your current pets, if any, are up to date on vaccines.
- Interview
- We will call you and your references from your application.
- Home Check
- We will check our your home and you will meet the pet. The pet will also meet other family members (human and animal) at this time.
- Sign Adoption Contract
- If everything is “a go”, you will then fill out contract, pay adoption fee and welcome your new family member home!
