Love at First Meow Cat Rescue is a nonprofit, foster-based organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats and kittens in need. We operate entirely through a network of volunteer foster homes, allowing every cat to receive individualized attention, compassionate care, and a safe environment to heal and thrive. This home-based model reduces stress on the animals and provides valuable insight into each cat’s personality, helping us make thoughtful and successful adoption placements. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are committed to responsible rescue practices, community education, and reducing feline overpopulation through spay/neuter initiatives. We partner with veterinarians, local shelters, and community members to give vulnerable cats a second chance at a healthy, happy life. Our mission is to ensure that every cat we save is treated with dignity, provided with proper medical care, and placed in a loving forever home.
