Their adoption process
Adoption applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. If you live in Sangamon County, you must prove your pets are current on the rabies vaccine and registered with the county. If you rent, staff will call homeowner or apartment manager to verify approval to have pets.
Go meet their pets
Visit our pets at the shelter Monday through Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
