Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Email help@wcspot.org for an adoption application and information.
  2. Approve Application
    1. A volunteer will: (1) contact your veterinary reference and (2) contact several of your personal references.
  3. Take the Pet Home
    1. Pending the application review process, a volunteer will call to interview you and then coordinate your adoption day!

More about this rescue

We are the Wharton County Stray Pet Outreach Team (SPOT). We are a foster-based program and we assist and support those who have rescued stray or neglected animals. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, heartworm test and medically treat all the animals that we offer for adoption.
