Art is a 3 and 1/2 year old black male, who is new to rescue. His small animal status is unknown.

My name is Art. I’m a social guy that barks a quick greeting when meeting new people. As it’s the holiday season, I thought I might try my paw as a greeter at a local store. Knowing that competition is stiff, with Liz’s help, I swiftly completed the application and Liz delivered it the same day to the store. This morning I received a phone call from the manager. I barked a response to each question but the manager didn’t speak dog. Can you imagine? Don’t they teach these MBA grads anything? The manager told Liz they could not hire me because I had four legs and a fur coat. I’m filing an appeal and requesting arbitration. But Liz told me I’d make a much better greeter in a home with a family that loves me and showers me with toys. Mm that sounds good, but will they speak dog?
