Their adoption process

We are a 100% foster-based rescue, so all meet and greets take place in foster homes and are scheduled after approval. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, but priority may be given to applicants who are ready to move forward quickly. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee adoption, as we focus on the best overall fit for each animal.

Once approved, timely communication is very important, as we move quickly and often receive multiple applications per pet. If we do not hear back, applications may become inactive.

Our adoption donation varies by animal and helps cover vaccines, microchip, deworming, and spay/neuter and rabies when age-appropriate. All adoptions require a signed contract and full payment before taking your pet home.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Fill out an adoption application on our website.
  2. Approve Application
    1. We review most applications within 24 hours. During this time, we may reach out with any follow-up questions or clarifications.
  3. Meet the Pet
    1. We create a group chat with the foster to schedule a meet and greet at the foster home.
  4. Sign Adoption Contract
    1. If you move forward, you can adopt on the spot. Contract is finalized via email and adoption donation is completed then.
  5. Pay Fee
    1. You must complete the full adoption donation before taking your pet home.
  6. Take the Pet Home

Go meet their pets

We are a 100% foster-based rescue, which means we do not have a physical shelter or kennel and therefore do not have public visiting hours. All of our animals are in individual foster homes. To meet one of our pets, you must first submit an adoption application. Once approved, we will coordinate a meet and greet directly with the foster. All meet and greets are by appointment only and typically take place at the foster’s home.

More about this rescue

Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Please note that if you are applying for an animal that already has a pending or approved application, the process may take longer, and it is possible the animal may be adopted before your application is reviewed. While we still encourage you to apply, we want to be transparent about this.

Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption, as we focus on the best overall fit for each animal.

Our adoption donation helps cover vaccines, microchip, deworming, and spay/neuter and rabies when age-appropriate. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.
