Their adoption process

At our rescue, we are committed to lifelong placements and strive for zero returns. Our goal is to make sure every adoption is the right fit, for both the dog and the family.

We believe adopting a dog is a big decision, not an impulsive one. That’s why we do not offer same-day adoptions. After your meet-and-greet, we require a 24-hour “cool-off” period. This gives you time to think things through and make sure you’re fully ready to welcome a new dog into your home.

As part of our process, we also conduct a home visit, where we bring the dog with us. This allows us to ensure the dog is comfortable in your environment and that any existing pets interact safely and positively with their potential new companion.

From start to finish, the adoption process can take up to 7 days. We know this may feel like a wait, but it helps us create successful, lasting matches and prevents stressful returns for both dogs and adopters.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our mission to give every dog a stable, loving forever home.

Go meet their pets

We offer a variety of opportunities for potential adopters to meet and interact with our dogs in meaningful, real-world settings. Our goal is to help you build a genuine connection while also allowing you to see each dog’s personality and behavior in different environments.

Our dogs are invited to participate in basic training classes, where they continue to develop foundational skills and positive behaviors. We also provide one-on-one training sessions through foster homes to support each dog’s individual needs and growth.

In addition, our foster team brings dogs into public settings to promote socialization, confidence, and positive exposure. This allows potential adopters to meet our dogs in everyday environments and see how they interact with people and surroundings.

We have access to a large, secure training yard for structured meet-and-greets, giving families the opportunity to spend quality time with a dog in a safe and controlled space. Our fosters will take our dogs for trail walks, providing a relaxed, natural setting for the dogs.

You can also find us at community events and local activities, where we actively participate and showcase some of our adoptable dogs. These events are a great way to meet our team, learn more about our mission, and connect with dogs who are looking for their forever homes.

More about this rescue

We are a dedicated rescue committed to giving every dog the chance at a safe, loving, and permanent home. Our mission is rooted in compassion, we focus on helping the dogs that are often overlooked, including strays, seniors, and those who may not immediately stand out or are frequently passed over. We believe that every dog, regardless of age, appearance, or background, deserves the opportunity to live a good life.

Our work centers on bridging the gap between survival and a true forever home. Whether a dog comes to us from the streets, an uncertain past, or an overcrowded situation, we are committed to providing them with care, stability, and a path forward.

We also prioritize thoughtful, lasting adoptions to ensure the best outcomes for both our dogs and their future families. By focusing on long-term success, we aim to create placements that truly last a lifetime.

Our standard adoption fee is $300 unless otherwise noted. In some cases, fees may be sponsored or donated based on individual circumstances, as we work to make the right match possible while continuing to support our rescue efforts.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: every dog deserves not just to survive, but to thrive in a loving home.
