Our adoption process is designed to ensure each animal is placed in the best possible home.
After submitting an application, our team reviews it carefully and reaches out to approved adopters to schedule a meet-and-greet. Since we are a foster-based rescue, all visits are by appointment only unless we are hosting an adoption event.
If the meet-and-greet goes well, we move forward with an adoption contract and finalize the adoption fee. In some cases, a home check or additional follow-up may be required depending on the animal’s needs.
We take matching seriously because our goal is long-term success—not just placement. We want every adoption to be a great fit for both the animal and the adopter.
Our team is available to answer questions before and after adoption, and we are always happy to provide guidance to help set everyone up for success.

We take in animals from a variety of situations, including strays, owner surrenders, and at-risk cases, and ensure each one receives proper veterinary care, including vaccinations and spay/neuter, before adoption. Every dog and cat is placed in a foster home where we learn their personality, behavior, and needs so we can make the best possible match.
