Their adoption process

A member of our team will reach out to you a couple days after the adoption to ensure things are going well and answer any questions. We reach out again periodically throughout the course of a few weeks in case you have any questions or concerns.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    Go to our website, pharkc.org, and submit an application for the cat(s) you are interested in.
  2. Approve Application
    Our team will verify the details of the application and approve or deny based on our standards.
  3. Meet the Pet
    A member of the team will reach out to you to meet the cat. Typically, you have the option to take them home that same day.
  4. Take the Pet Home
    You sign our contract and pay the fee the day you meet the pet and decide to adopt, never before then.

More about this rescue

We are a new, small, cat rescue who typically services the Kansas City area, though we do occasionally take kitties from as far as Wichita. We are 100% ran by volunteers, and they work tirelessly day and night to care for and find homes for our cats. We also do TNR 9trap neuter return) to combat the feral cat overpopulation crisis. We are funded entirely by donations, we receive no funding from grants or the local government, only people like you!
