Their adoption process

Prospective adopters are required to complete an adoption application and participate in an in-person meeting. A prerequisite for adoption is an established relationship with a veterinarian, ensuring the continued maintenance of the animal's vaccination schedule. We also kindly request a donation of $50 or more to pave the way forward for future rescues to get the care that they need., or contributions of Purina Small Bites dog food.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
We will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
  2. Interview
We will go over what was written in the application, I'll explain if a landlord will have to be called or not.
  3. Meet the Pet
We do not hold dogs without a donation for them.
  4. Approve Application
  5. Pay Fee
All fees go towards paving the way for the next rescues care.
  6. Take the Pet Home
I'll take a photo of you and your new fur baby and then you guys are good to go! Banfield offers new pet parents a coupon for a free visit!

Go meet their pets

Please contact us to set up an appointment to meet our available dogs. We do not hold dogs for people who want to adopt them without a donation. We try to get the dogs adopted out and established into a good home so that we can make way for the next rescue.

More about this rescue

We operate as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of small dog breeds. Our core mission is to facilitate the rescue and placement of as many small breed animals as possible into nurturing and permanent homes. Prior to adoption, all of our animals receive essential vaccinations and undergo spaying or neutering procedures. Our operations are sustained entirely through public donations and private funding.
