Tara is a sweet dog that has been through quite an ordeal. Her owner fell on hard times and Tara was badly neglected. When we found her, she was emaciated and miserable. Since then, she has gained 22 pounds and is feeling fine! Tara just loves everyone including people, dogs and cats. Her temperament is as sweet as can be. She is 8 years old and has lots of good years still to come. She is healthy and full of love to give.
