Their adoption process
Basically our process is submit an application, process/approve application, meet the pet of interest, informal interview while to potential adopter is meeting with the pet. If all agree it's a good match then the adoption contract is signed and the pet goes home. We're a very new municipal shelter so this process will change as we grow and will allow the public to visit our facility to find a pet they may be interested in. Currently we start with the potential adopter seeing the pet online and then beginning the adoption process.

Meeting with adoptable pets is currently by appointment only. If you are interested in one of our adoptable pets, please submit an adoption application and an Animal Control Officer will reach out to you to discuss moving forward with the process.
