Someone from our shelter talks to any potential adopters and discusses the dog they are interested in adopting as well as their family and living situation. If we feel it would be a good match, we approve their application and move forward with the adoption process.
Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationAfter receiving application, someone from the rescue contacts the potential adopter and discusses the dog and potential adopter.
- Meet the PetSome of our dogs are with us at the rescue, and others are in foster homes. Please reach out to coordinate a meet!
- Sign Adoption Contract

Our pets are available to meet any day. Please contact us ahead of time to coordinate a meeting.
Monday-Saturday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

More about this rescue
We are a small rescue located in the country outside of Winner, SD. We have a limited number of dogs in our care at any given time, which allows us to work with each of them individually in order to get a good feel for their personality and the kind of family/living situation they would thrive in. The dogs are available to meet any day of the week, but please reach out to coordinate a time. We appreciate your support, and thank you for considering adoption!
