Their adoption process

Our adoption process may deviate from the usual steps. Under special circumstances we may allow a trial adoption period.

Adoption steps

  1. Approve Application
    We require that all our potential adopters submit an application. Even if they aren't 100% positive they will be adopting an animal.
  2. Meet the Pet
    After you are an approved adopter we allow for a pet meet and greet as well as a Home Check & Interview at the same time.
  3. Sign Adoption Contract
    If all is well, Tippy Taps and the Adopter will review the Adoption Contract together and sign.
  4. Pay Fee
    The Adopter will pay the agreed fee as addressed in the Adoption Contract.
  5. Take the Pet Home
    Pet is free to go home! They are now part of your family!

Tippy Taps Animal Rescue is a small animal rescue organization located in Fresno, CA. We are dedicated to reducing overpopulation of animals in shelters and streets. We do this by fostering animals in homes that will prepare them for their forever homes and advocating for spay and neuter services.
