- Pay FeeAdoption fees are just $25 and our pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to head home with you.

The Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center at 908 Villa works to return lost animals to their owners. When that’s not possible, the division works to place unclaimed animals with new owners through the adoption program at the Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center.
