Our process is very straightforward and simple to follow. We follow up quickly and are prompt with responses as we want all animals in our rescue to find amazing homes! In addition, we provide the opportunity for PAPER applications for those who struggle with technology!

- InterviewWe can talk on the phone or video chat to make sure this pet is a good fit for your home.
- Meet the PetWe can transport the pet to you for the meet and greet and drop off!
- Sign Adoption ContractIf family decides to adopt immediately after the home visit, we can fill out the forms that are needed and have the fee paid/pet adopted!

More about this rescue
We started Up North Animal Rescue after we realized the desperate need for more rescue resources in Northern Minnesota, and we were already helping with rescuing animals to begin with so we figured why not make it official. We work closely with two reservations along with serving the communities near us. We take in dogs and cats and get them vetted, rehabbed, and socialized and then find them their forever homes.
