Their adoption process
Prior to adoption, each animal is current on vaccines, dewormed, and parasite-free. Cats and kittens are tested for Feline Leukemia. Our Adoption Donation for cats, kittens, dogs and puppies varies. Microchipping for permanent internal I.D. may incur an additional fee.
Each adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations and parasite treatment.

- InterviewOnce your questionnaire has been reviewed, a volunteer will get in touch with you to discuss our adoption procedures
- Home CheckAfter your questionnaire is approved a volunteer will arrange a time to visit your home and family or schedule a virtual home visit.

Friends of Cordes Lakes Animals does not operate a shelter that is open to the public. Our rescue animals are fostered in private homes and are shown by appointment.

Friends of Cordes Lakes Animals is a group of independent rescuers working together to find permanent homes for cats, kittens, puppies and dogs who have found themselves in an Animal Shelter or other "unfortunate circumstance".
