More about this shelter

As the municipal shelter and animal control facility for Crossville and Cumberland County, our primary mission is to protect, care for, rehome and advocate for the vulnerable animals in our community.

Most of the dogs and cats in our care arrive through animal control pickups or, occasionally, owner surrenders. Many of these pets have experienced abandonment, hardship, or neglect.

Our dedicated team work tirelessly to provide them with a safe, compassionate environment, medical care, and the love they need while they wait for their fresh start.

Our ultimate goal is to connect these deserving animals with loving, permanent homes where they can thrive and give these pets the second chance they truly deserve.
