ACS is a private, foster based rescue located in Weatherford Texas. Meet and greets are available by appointment only, following approval of an adoption application. Once approved, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet your potential new family member.

Accidental Cat Sanctuary is a small, foster-based cat rescue serving Parker County, Texas. What began with helping feral and stray cats in our own community grew into a mission focused on rescue, rehabilitation, responsible adoption, and prevention.
We primarily help cats and kittens who are stray, feral, abandoned, or otherwise without a safe place to land. Our goal is not simply to take in as many cats as possible, but to provide thoughtful, sustainable care to every animal we accept. That includes veterinary care, spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, socialization when appropriate, and carefully matched adoptive homes.
We also believe rescue includes prevention. By supporting spay/neuter efforts, community cats, education, and responsible pet ownership, we hope to reduce the number of cats who need rescue in the first place.
