Their adoption process

We try to vet our adopters as best as is reasonably able without creating more barriers for our kittens to find a loving forever home.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
See a kitten or cat you're interest in? Fill out our adoption application for the next step!
  2. Interview
Each adoption application we receive gets vetted and we will reach out to approved applications for the next steps.
  3. Meet the Pet
A Meet & Greet occurs in person with you and the kitten at our homebase.
  4. Approve Application
Often times (although not always), adoptions can be finalized at the time of the Meet & Greet if all goes well.

More about this rescue

Our Misson Statement: Transforming community care for cats in New Mexico - one spay, one neuter, one life at a time. We provide accessible high quality spay/neuter care and a bridge to adoption for kittens in need. These kittens often are found as strays or as part of a colony but are young enough to socialize and find a safe home. Other times we will take on kittens, and especially bottle baby kittens, from low resource over-populated shelters in our area.
