Adoption steps

1. Submit Application
   Once application is submitted, It will be sent to the foster for them to review. Then they will contact applicant.
2. Meet the Pet
   Foster sets up a meet and greet with animal.
3. Home Check
   Do a home check where the animal would be living, and do a vet check for the animals in the home already.
4. Sign Adoption Contract
   Contract will be sent to the email on application. once sighed and adoption fee is paid.
5. Take the Pet Home
   The foster and the new adopter will meet at PetSmart to do the official hand off of animal.
