Toby is a wonderful little Lhasa mix who is housebroken, good with kids, ang ood with other pets likes cats and dogs. Toby's owner surrendered him to our shelter because he has an allergy or skin condition which the owner could no longer afford to treat. For this reason, we have listed Toby as special needs because he will require a little vet attention. Toby is a real winner and would be a homerum in your family!
