My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PENNY : Found wandering along the road in Central Oklahoma, Penny was 48 LBS when she got to us, covered in sores and with infections in both eyes due to entropion. She is now in great shape, her weight is up to 65 lbs, and she has been spayed and had eye surgery to correct her problem. She is now about 10 months old, but only about the size of a boxer. She will remain small due to earlier malnutrition and probably the result of poorly planned breeding. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl, gentle and loves to play. She has done well when allowed to play with any of our dogs who are friendly and accepting of other dogs. She has no experience with cats. We have no experience with her around little children, but would seem to do well with those about 10 or older. She has never yet had an accident in the house, so must have been house broken before. This picture shows her sweet face, but she has put on weight and looks good.
