My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flower is a super happy spayed female lab mix. This pretty girl defines energy - always on the go. Here, there - sniffing, chasing and playing - and everywhere. She is a lean gal with a glossy black coat that has just a bit of wave to it. Her big brown eyes dance with delight and mischief - ready for whatever life has to offer.

Flower has been accepted into the New Leash on Life program where she will learn obedience, crate training and good doggie manners. She enters the program on July 11 and graduates September 19. Stephanie can be adopted prior to her entry into the program or arrangements can be made to meet her while she is in the program. Please contact the Humane Society of Eastern Carolina at (252) 413-7247 or hsec@embarqmail.com if you would like to meet Flower after she enters the program prior to her graduation.

Flower is going to be one gem of a dog after her experience in NLOL. She is a smart gal who will learn quickly and will be happy to show her new family just how good she is. Come meet her today!

All dogs at the Humane Society of Eastern Carolina are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and on heartworm and flea prevention. All dogs 6 months or older are tested for heartworms. Adoptions come with a small bag of Hill's Science Diet food and a free one month trial of pet health insurance.
