I am tricolor, black, tan, and white. I am beautiful.
My name is Lacy, and I am now 4 years old. I was adopted about 31/2 years ago but recently my dad passed away and my mom is moving into assisted living. I could not go with her, so she gave me back to the rescue.
I am missing my home so please be patient with me as I grieve.
The first time I came to this doggy orphanage, I was a youngster. I had been in a very bad place, in LooKeba, Okla. The place was used for breeding several breeds of dogs. The owner told the rescue that she was going to stop breeding us dogs. But really she was tricking the rescue into taking all of us dogs she no longer wanted. It was so cold and windy the day they came to get us. We were so scared, but it was warm inside the crates in their SUVs. We had been outside and were cold and hungry.
( There were about 200 dogs, and 50 of us were saved that day).
I was very scared at first but soon found out that this was a good place. I didn't stay here long before I went to my new home.
I am back, but I hope someone will adopt me and this time I won't need to ever move again. I am current on all my vet work. And ready to go........

Please, no children. I really do not care much for men, but would not mind a playmate dog.
