My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sonja is dying to find her own home. She was brought in as a stray that someone found, and she had no microchip. She's very smart, knows her commands, and really is aiming to please. She obviously had an owner at some point. If you have a spare moment to give her some affection, she'll shower you with love in return. Being pet is her favorite past time

She walks wonderfully on a leash after a moment, and once she is out of the shelter I'm sure she would always be great on the leash. She also knows some tricks, such as shake, down, and crawl.
She doesn't seem to mind other dogs. A few times, the smaller dogs have"escaped" into her kennel, only to be found later snuggling together. Is there a spot in your heart and home for loving Sonja?
