Look at those cute wrinkles! Howard was dropped off one morning at the Humane Society and was very frightened and upset. It took him a few days to come out of his shell and greet new people. Howard is housebroken and does great with other dogs. He doesn't play too often, but loves to have his back scratched. He is relaxed and likes to go for walks. He does great in the car and is excited to go to new places.
