Dino's Story...
Hi, my name is Dino (No relation to the movie star in The Flintstones Movie or TV Series). I was left tied to the door of a Pug Lover and then because she already had dogs, I was surrendered to Pug Rescue. I don’t understand why I was abandoned by my previous owners. I am very well behaved, housebroken and had already been neutered. I have a very curly tail. I now have been to the vet and I am up to date on all my shots. I had some problems with my skin but I have been on antibiotics and getting baths so I am looking much better. I’m very social with the other Pugs in my foster family and even get along with larger dogs. I love to run and play with the humans as well as play with toys. As you can see in my pictures, I love to take naps on the backs of the chairs or couch. If you are on the couch or sitting in a big comfy chair I would love to lay across your lap. I have the most beautiful brown eyes that melt my foster mom’s heart when I look up at her. I don’t like the crate and so my foster mom has allowed me to sleep on the bed. I do snore when I sleep and sometimes even when I’m not sleeping. If you would like to be the owner(s) of a handsome dog like me, fill out adoption papers today and I can be giving you kisses and love in a very short time. In the meantime, I can be seen at Pug events in the Tampa Bay Area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dino, a Windermere Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Windermere, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Windermere.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windermere already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windermere breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windermere paves the way for another one to be saved.
