Phil is an exceptionally intelligent, playful and affectionate boy who would love someone to pay attention to his games. He is neutered and up to date on shots. He's a big boy who loves to curl up in your lap to be petted and brushed. Phil is a clown and a charmer that needs an audience for all his antics. He is just three years old.
