My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Mookie! and I am 6 years young. I would love to be your only pug and keep you company while you sip a glass of wine in a breezy backyard on a sunny day. I love to nap in the sun and would happily watch you garden. I get along with other dogs, but my preference is to be the apple of my foster moms eye. My tongue sticks out a little and my foster mom thinks its really cute! I don’t like to share my bones and I will let my pug fosters know! I don’t like over excitable dogs, they freak me out a little, so I will cower until they go away. I guess you could say I like a little mellower lifestyle. I am housetrained and will gladly go on a potty pad if you have to leave me in the house for a spell. I sleep in a crate at my fosters but would much rather cuddle with you in bed. In 2009, I had trouble going wee-wee and the Vet doctor discovered I had a urinary tract infection that developed bladder stones. The Vet doctor removed those painful stones and as long as I am fed a special kibble. ( Royal Canin SO) I am stone free! I’m told this is very common and I long as you don’t feed me what I’m not supposed to eat, I will stay happy and healthy. Plus, a girl pug needs to watch her waistline! I would love to be the apple of your eye, so get your application in fast and make me your forever girl !
