Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COLE is a poodle/lab mix puppy who is a growing 50 lbs. He does shed, so he is probably more lab than poodle although he requires some grooming. He is a high energy dog that loves playing with his foster siblings, swimming and fetching in the pool, and being around his people.
COLE is still young and needs to learn some basic manners, but he is smart and will easily be trained with some time. He is housebroken and has already learned to "Sit". Probably not a good match for a home with small children as COLE likes to greet people by jumping up on them and he is large. He is healthy and friendly, and needs to have a large doggie playmate in his new home.
COLE is currently being fostered in BREVARD county. To learn more about adopting him, go to www.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?dogID=1485
APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM FULL/PART-TIME RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AS A HOME VISIT IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE LOOK FOR RESCUE GROUPS IN YOUR HOME STATE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
Can't adopt right now? Consider becoming a foster home for a rescue dog; it's temporary, but very fulfilling and your only cost is their food! Fill out a volunteer application from our website at www.coastalpoodlerescue.org
