*Update** (6/1/11) Misty had her vet exam and senior bloodwork done, and she is healthy and ready to find her new family! (5/20/11) Our sweet little lady is still waiting for her new person to find her! Misty would be a wonderful companion for an older person or couple and would just be thrilled to have her own home again. She just had a vet exam this week and is very healthy. Will you be Misty's hero? She is eligible for our "Seniors for Seniors" Program. (11/26) Misty is really hoping to be curled up on the lap of her new mom or dad in time for Christmas! She is a wonderful little girl who needs a kind person to love and pamper her! (10/25/10) Sweet little Misty was pulled from a shelter yesterday along with her best friend Prince, another little senior Pom. They had been callously dumped there by their owners, and sadly Prince passed away during the night. Misty is an adorable little 8 lbs. and about 10 years old. This little lady is looking for someone who will love and pamper her. She appears to be healthy for her age. Misty does appear to be blind in her left eye, but it does not slow her down at all. Misty is currently being fostered out-of-state, but can be transported to an approved home who is willing to give this little lady the good life that she deserves.
