My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Riva is a shy, 2 1/2 year old Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) mix. She is afraid of men, and would really like to have a “mom” who can be home with her most of the time She bonds well with women ( but will tolerate a man being around ) and will melt your heart when she smiles for you and does the “full body wag”. Riva is on the small side at only about 27 lbs. She is spayed, current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative. Riva is crate trained, doggie door savvy, house trained and gets along well with other dogs. She has been known to dig for moles and under fences, but doesn't run away. She's a great little farm dog, and would love nothing more than to follow you around the farm or ranch all day, then curl up on or beside your bed at night. She thrives on having a steady daily routine. Riva Blue is a wonderful, loving girl who just needs a gal who is willing to earn her trust, and be her best friend for life.
