Update: Buckwheat is doing great! As you can see from his latest photo, his wound is almost completely healed. He has a loving, loyal nature. He likes to play with toys and "kill the squeaker". He has been neutered and updated on vaccinations and is ready for his forever home. If you are looking for a sweet dog to shower with love, please contact us today.

Buckwheat came into our rescue in very bad shape. He was matted so badly he wasn't able to open his mouth. He had horrible bite marks of some kind...... his "before" and current photos are on the site. He is recovering remarkably well from the bite wound. His foster thinks he has had training somewhere along the line because he is a polite little boy. We think he is a lhasa apso mix, and is approximately 2 years old. He likes to play with toys. He sleeps on his fosters' bed at night. He is very hungry and has already gained 2 lbs since being in rescue. He is a mellow, sweet little guy. He needs to be neutered and get his shots up to date, and then he will be available for adoption. For more information on Buckwheat please contact us today.
