My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryder is either lab/shep or lab/collie 10-12mnths old. ryder...what a love! ryder is has a beautlful black shiny coat. He loves to play with other dogs and loves to be outside. Does very well with children what a great family dog.He could run around all day if you let him. He can jump over a 4ft gate at his foster home, so we would prefer a home with at least a 6ft high fence or lots of walks. He is a gentle boy who is dying to please. His tail is always wagging. He loves to take a chewy to his bed and relax and he loves digging through the toy bucket to find just the toy he's looking for. He will settle down for a cuddle on the couch and loves to sleep on his dog bed next to his foster mommy's bed. He doesn't enjoy being in his crate, he always want to be around you doing something fun. He looks up at you with these gorgeous brown eyes and you can't help but fall in love with this special boy. But as any youngster will need continued training to be perfect. So wont you consider Ryder for you family...If interested in applying for this puppy go to: APPLICATION

Adoption fee as a H4H $250 As a legal MA rescue all of our dogs have been through the states mandated 48hr Isolation at an approved isolation facility and had a clean health exam by a MA vet. We then place our dogs in one of our many wonderful foster homes. Please be sure to read all the info below. We look for families who have the time and commitment to raise a puppy to be a great dog. All dogs adopted from One Tail at a Time Rescue are here in New England at foster homes, spayed or neutered, up to date with vaccines, have been wormed, and are ready to go to their new homes now. We prefer adoptive homes in MA and NH -- we do not ship our dogs. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION unless you are ready to take a dog home now. Even if approved for a specific dog, we will not hold dogs while you go on vacation or a business trip or prepare your home. Our dogs are being cared for in private homes by volunteer foster families. Appointments to see our dogs are scheduled once an application has been submitted and approved by our adoption counselors. Thank you! --------------------------------------------------------- ** PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee breed or full-grown adult size of all our rescue dogs. Because these dogs are rescued from shelters, we do not know exact background and only list breed and size by our best knowledge. If exact breed and size are important to you, please look elsewhere. We want our dogs to be adopted by people who will love and care for them forever - no matter what breed and size they turn out to be! **
