Dixie came to us as an abused dog. She is very fearful BUT when she warms up to you she is a lover! She does not like very tall men but with time and patience, she would be okay. It is felt that very young children would make her nervous. This dog has serious issues created by people; therefore, you must be a very patient person who can devote the time to her. She will need a fenced yard and another dog, preferably a male, calm dog for a companion. Please give us a call to visit with Dixie and become her forever person. Be rescued by a this sweet little canine.
