My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Leo. I am a big beautiful friendly black & white neutered male cat. I am about three years old and am current on all my vaccinations. I was rescued when I became washed up by Hurricane Katrina. At the same time my friend Patches was rescued as well. We made the move up to Connecticut and after only a year our owner passed away unexpectedly. I am a bit protective of my friend Patches, he is having a hard time with all of this change that we have been thru in such a short period of time. We are both currently checked in at Old Lyme Animal Shelter just waiting for someone special that can provide us both (together) our forever home. We are ready to settle down some permanent roots and love you forever!
