Chloe and her BFF Charlie were surrendered to the Baldwin Park Shelter on March 3rd. We do not know why they were surrendered. They were both fixed, healthy, dog friendly and scared out of their minds! Chloe was extremely scared and confused. She did her best to hind behind her older (by a couple of months) Chihuahua buddy Charlie.
Chloe is about a year old, very friendly with people and with other dogs. She is very playful but not hyper. She walks pretty well on the leash, is good in the car and doesn't seem to have any issues with sharing food, toys, beds, etc...
We got her out of the shelter yesterday (3/26) and she has been in total bliss ever since!
She is spayed, chipped and current on her vaccines.
I am marking that she is good with kids and cats because I have seen no reason to believe otherwise. I will change the information if I see a reason for concern. The cats we have are very dog savvy so it usually is not an issue for us. But we will be happy to give more info as we get to know Chloe.
