My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Mrs. Higgins" came to us from an east bay area shelter. She seems to be a very happy dog! She loves people, is great with other dogs, and doesn't seem to mind cats. She does have a long coat which will need to be either brushed at home, or she will need to visit a groomer every 1-2 months to keep her hair free of matts. We don't know anything about her previous life but we have a feeling that she will make a wonderful family dog! Although she is not ready for official adoption yet (she still needs to be spayed) we urge anyone who may be interested in possibly adopting her to please contact us! Before adoption, she will be spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, dewormed, treated for fleas, groomed and examined by a veterinarian. An adoption fee of $175 will be required.
