UPDATE June 3: Patsy is settling in well to foster care. She is a typical silly puppy who loves to play, as well as soak up any attention! She is notorious for sneaking into your lap and curling up for a good cuddle and snooze. She is fostering with another dog and is great with her. She is learning to walk well on a leash and harness, and is now housetrained. She is not a huge fan of her crate, but her foster parents are working hard at convincing her its an ok place. She can be a bit barky when in her crate, but is settling in more and more, so we expect this to be a non issue when she is truly settled. She is a pocket beagle that has very unique markings and a personality that would make even the grumpiest of people smile. We anticipate she wont be with us for much longer, as she is such a sweet dog!
This sweet girl was picked up as a stray in the country, where she is suspected to have been dumped. She is not over a year old and weighs about 35 pounds. It is difficult to determine her breed, but the shelter feels she is not going to be a big dog. The pound was full, so she's been staying in an outside kennel. This is all the information we have at this time. She is scheduled to arrive with Barlee's the weekend of May 12th. More updates to come once she's arrived.
