Charley is a very well cared dog looking for owners that will pamper and care for him and have the finances to do so
This cute fluffy boy is 6 years old, purebred, healthy and happy
We are only looking for someone that has another small female dog so he has a furry companion as he would not be happy as only dog as well as breed experience or lots of research
Charley would like a retired woman or couple that has time to pamper him and spend lots of time with him
He is not used to kids but visiting gentle kids are fine he just usually stays away from them and the kids know to leave him be
Charley likes going for walks and riding in the car
he is housebroken and would love a dog door
Charley will chase cats if they run so a dog savvy cat and people that know how to train a dog around cats would be fine as he currently lives with cats
Charley likes to sit on laps or the back of a recliner or couch with or next to you
He does get some seperation anxiety if left alone for very long that is why we want another dog in the family as he's fine being left alone with the other dog for a few hours a day not all day long
Sleeps in a crate with another small fem. dog but may love to sleep in bed with you
We are looking for a breed or small dog experienced family that is aware of the grooming needs as well, homeowners over the age of 23 years, however we are looking for older retired folks or a home business
Charley grew up with a women so he prefers to live with a women or couple but not just with a man, he would not be very happy
Per caretaker he's fine with kids but never lived with any so we won't adopt to anyone with kids Charley is very good on leash, comes when called.
He weighs18 healthy lbs. He can sit next to me in my recliner while I eat and not bother me
Charley has a lot of yard to run around in now, so is used to exercise, looking for bigger yard and daily fun walks in new home
Charley has a little heart murmur, no problems with it, no medication required and his Vet can write a note if need be
He comes with all his current medical records
approved adopter can have all questions answered by current care taker
He still resides with his owner was never in a pound, Charley and her other male dog do not get along never did so it's time for one to move on
as it will ease the stress on both dogs
Charley is fine with all female dogs of all sizes and maybe males non alpha as well just living with another male alpha is just not the right thing
