Zena's story is unfortunately a common one that is very upsetting. At less than a year old, Zena was dumped at the back door of a business with her four babies. Zena's cry for help and food, got the attention of one of the workers who notified Forgotten Felines. Zena's kittens were immediately placed in a foster home while Zena was placed at the shelter. She has settled in quite well and enjoys basking in the sun. She is very friendly and loves to be petted and held. Zena's kittens will undoubtedly find homes quickly as most people interested in adopting look for kittens. However, it's cats like Zena that take a lot longer to place. Please consider giving a home to Zena or one of the many adult cats living at the shelter.
