Hi! I'm Oswald. Not to brag, but aren't I awfully cute? I came to PVHS along with my mom & 8 siblings! We were rescued from a situation where our lives were being threatened. Our mom is the sweetest dog so we hope to grow up to be as great as her! We all need forever homes so that we can learn how to be great dogs! Send in an application to adopt us! We will be ready to go to forever homes on September 14th.
