Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spencer is a very frightened little guy. He is also very sweet when you start to hold him. He really likes other dogs. Came in as a lost dog that found his way into a kennel with some big dogs. He came in with this awesome hoody on with the pink collar. But really needs out of the shelter and into a good home.
