This precious boy is Pheonix. He is truly a survivor. He was rescued from a local kill shelter on doggy death row. He was severly emaiciated when we rescued him. Pheonix soon came down with kennel cough from being unvaccinated & mal nourished when he went to the shelter and it then turned to pnemonia. He spent a week at the vet where they gave him a 50/50 chance to live. Pheonix overcame this illness & survived!! He is a fighter and a lover. He is almost the weight he should be now and super sweet! Good with kids of all ages and other dogs, he has not been around cats yet. He is young around 7-8 months, neutered, current on all vaccines and vet care and healthy! Pheonix is also crate trained and on monthly flea and heartworm preventative. He is looking for his furever home and someone to love him and give him the attention he deserves. Please call or text 817-991-6801 if you would like an adoption application or more information.
