My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dasher is a beautiful, two year old, male, sable merle, pure bred collie. He’s not a big guy at around 55 pounds, but instead has a delicate structure. He is friendly and affectionate, is housetrained, and healthy. He enjoys the company of other dogs and gets along with cats. He is good natured and not dominant or aggressive. He has had basic obedience training and walks well on a leash. He loves to go for walks, (running is even better) he’s very playful, and needs lots of love, exercise, and a secure yard. Dasher would enjoy living with another playful dog and/or a person who can spend time with him. Staying home all alone during the day would not be good for him or the people he lives with! He also needs a home where his training (which he enjoys) will be continued, this is very important since he still has more to learn. His behavior with children is unknown but because he plays rough sometimes, he should not go to a home with very small children, or for that matter, children or adults who do not understand dog behavior.
