Cooper is a sweet heart all the way. If you are familiar with the beagle breed, you already know that they can get along with absolutely everything and everybody and Cooper is just that. Cooper is an older dog who just needs someone to love him so he can finish out his days on this earth happily. He doesn't deserve to be in a kennel in a shelter for his last days. He is already house broken and neutered, so he is ready to go home with you today if you have a big heart to love him with and accept his love for you and your family.
