My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lyra is a stunning young female declawed cat. Volunteer favorites, she and her brother Simon (both 4 years old) were surrendered to the shelter by their former owners. We know they must have been well treated and that it was probably heart breaking for their owners to have to give them up. In fact, they are two of the nicest cats to enter our shelter program. They are very bonded, and for this reason we feel they must be adopted together. We always find it hard to believe when two wonderful cats like these end up in our shelter, but we feel very confidant that once you meet them you’ll want to take them both home. Like her brother Simon, Lyra carries a few extra pounds and therefore will need to be adopted by someone who can monitor this issue. Lyra is spayed, and up-to-date on her shots.
