Calvin was a rescue from California.This poor pup was living in squalor in the very worst of the worst part of LA. Literally found being kicked by a bunch of neighborhood kids. Despite this he is such a sweetheart! Unfortunately Calvin was adopted but his new family is loosing their house and can't keep him!!! We are very devastated to start the search for his forever home again! He is an American bulldog mix. We got him out of the horrible mess he was in and have been taking care of him. He is a big boy of 71 pounds, is utd on shots, microchipped and neutered. He is sweet tempered and LOVES to be petted and give you kisses! Knows basic commands and is pretty good on a leash. He learns so quickly! He is great with all people and kids (though he is a big dog and we are still working on not jumping up unless asked). He is about 3-4 years old and doesn't have any issues with being in the house and he is crate trained. He needs a forever home so desperately!!! We are not sure about Calvin with cats, ours hide in their own area but he just seemed to notice they were there. Other dogs seem to be hit or miss with Calvin (he gets along with some but not all dogs, he is a dominate dog so definitely couldn't be with another dominate pet). Right now he is best friends with a small chi mix... Please email if interested!! He does have a rehoming fee of $120, to ensure he goes to a good home that can provide for him. Especially with recent events we aren't willing to wave his rehoming fee- we love calvin and want him to go to a good home. We have been working on his training as much as possible, because he is SO smart!! We are hoping to find someone who will continue to teach him new things and keep him socialized!!
